Crimean status referendum, 2014 Welcome Guest | RSS

There is a widely spread opinion that among the questions brought up at the Crimean status referendum in 2014
there wasn’t such a question which provided for Crimea to remain part of Ukraine. But it’s a lie.
Here you can see a bulletin which was used at the referendum.
We can see two questions in it written in three languages which are Russian, Ukrainian and Tatar. They go like this:

1) Are you for Crimea's reunification with Russia as a constituent territory of the Russian Federation?
2) Are you for restoration of the 1992 Constitution of Crimea and for Crimea's status as part of Ukraine?

As we can clearly see the second question provides a possibility for Crimea to remain part of Ukraine.
Those who don’t believe it can translate from any of the three languages on their own.
